Trip Cancelation / Rescheduling Policy

Our charter season is limited and we aim to maximize our time on the water with clients and make fishing memories.  With that said, we fish through a variety of weather conditions to include rain, wind, snow, and clear blue skies.  We don't cancel many trips a year due to weather unless it is severe or unsafe.  All weather related trip cancelations are at sole discretion of the Captain.

Client trip cancelations occur for various reasons to include but not limited to illness and personal reasons..  Please note that fishing is our occupation and not a hobby. If trips are canceled by clients within 21 days of a booked trip, deposits are redeemable for trip credit for a mutually agreeable date in the future, subject to availability.  If a client cancels a trip within 3 days of a booked trip, full payment for the trip shall be owed by the date of your originally scheduled trip.

Cancelations create holes in our limited season schedule which are not easily filled.  Each cancelation will be treated on an individual basis.  If you have scheduling concerns or questions please contact us soonest so we can consider other options to accommodate your needs.

Barnestormer Sport Fishing is a Drug Free Boat and Charter Operation.  The waters we fish are Great Lakes Navigable Waters and are subject to Federal law.  State and Provincial laws regarding controlled substances do no supersede U.S. Federal regulations.  With this said, Cannabis / Marijuana is not permitted on the boat.
